Carl Drosky
The founder of Savory Affairs, Carl Drosky has combined his years of experience in business and sales, with his personal, life long passion for cooking. He has created a food service company that is uniquely designed to meet the needs of today’s busy lifestyles.
He has been working as a cooking school instructor the past seven years teaching home chefs the art of cooking through hands on instruction. He trained in an apprentice program of the California Culinary Academy through Viking Home Chef. Carl has also been a member of the United States Personal Chef Association for the past seven years and has been providing delicious meals, dependable service and an affordable luxury to businesses, families and individuals since 2002.
While skill and passion for food are essential ingredients for success in this industry, Carl distinguishes his business with reliability and professionalism. In 2008, he combined his talents with Dianna Davis-Condon to expand the creativeness and personal service to a growing customer base.
Dianna Davis-Condon
Cooking and catering her way through art and business school was a way for Dianna Davis-Condon to be surrounded by beautiful and flavorful food. She has traveled throughout the world tasting and photographing food, always thinking of ways to utilize and share her experiences. While raising her daughters she furthered her food knowledge via an apprenticeship program through the CCA in San Francisco and Viking Home Chef.
With the hope that others would enjoy food and their time in the kitchen she began teaching private, hands-on cooking classes in her home, at a grammar school in Orinda and Viking Home Chef. As a fitness instructor at The Bar Method she also promotes the balance between nutrition and health.
Her creative flair and her passion for food, health and teaching have led to an exciting partnership with Carl Drosky to expand Savory Affairs.
